Multiview Stream Monitor supports Penalty box and more

We are glad to announce that we are now supporting penalty box in the multiview to show TVs that have some issues.

The latest version of the Multiview Stream Monitor now supports showing penalty box. TVs that have alarms. Thus the multiview will be able to always show the faulty channels even if they are not initially configured to be displayed on the multiview.
