A portable TV measurement device with WIFI connectivity, equipped with the abilities to measure TV networks - DVB-C/T/T2/S/S2/ATV, IPTV networks and an Optical Power Meter, the Smart Penguin offers real-time measurement of broadcast and network services to any service providers. With a battery life that can last up to 6 hours, it can be used during new installations or maintenance and repair work on components of TV/IP/Optical networks and transmitters. Besides an RF field strength meter the Smart Penguin is also an IPTV analyser, supporting RTP/UDP unicast and multicast streams.
