Broadcast Audio Source is a professional and cost-effective audio source designed for FM transmitters. It combines a built-in universal DVB tuner with IP audio streaming and a local MP3 player, providing a reliable audio source with automatic backup switching. The device supports DVB-C, DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-S and DVB-S2 audio sources, depending on the tuner installed, as well as Icecast and Shoutcast services for IP audio reception. UDP/RTP unicast and multicast MPEG-TS streams are also supported, making the Broadcast Audio Source suitable for a wide range of professional broadcasting applications. With built- in AAC and MP3 decoding, balanced XLR stereo outputs and AES digital output, the device provides high-quality audio for FM transmission. Automatic backup switching ensures continuous audio delivery by switching to an alternative source when silence or low bitrate is detected. The Broadcast Audio Source can be easily configured and monitored remotely through its responsive embedded web interface. Native SNMP support enables integration into professional network management systems and simplifies configuration and monitoring of multiple devices.
